Shares of engineered cell concern Sana Biotechnology, Inc. ( SANA ) are up over 30% since pricing a secondary in early February 2024, as excitement builds over early clinical and research results. Specifically, four B-cell cancer patients did not demonstrate any autoimmune responses from its cell transplantation therapy, while a type I diabetes showed excellent efficacy in the preclinic.
