SDVKF - Sandvik acquires CAM post processing software provider Postability

• Sandvik ( OTCPK:SDVKF ) said Tuesday it acquired Postability , a Canadian software firm developing numerical control post processors for its unit Mastercam.
• The purchase price was not disclosed. The deal's impact on Sandvik's ( OTCPK:SDVKF ) EBITA margin and EPS will be limited.
• Postability's offering will complement Sandvik's ( OTCPK:SDVKF ) existing portfolio of Computer Aided Manufacturing solutions.
• Postability will join Sandvik's ( OTCPK:SDVKF ) unit Mastercam and will be reported within the Manufacturing Solutions segment.
• "The acquisition fits very well with our strategic focus to grow in the digital manufacturing space, and is an important complement to our CAM solutions offering," said Sandvik ( OTCPK:SDVKF ) CEO Stefan Widing.
