SDVKY - Sandvik acquires Polish round tools company Fanar

Sandvik (OTCPK:SDVKY) completed its previously announced acquisition of Polish company Fabryka Narz?dzi FANAR S.A. ((Fanar)), a manufacturer of round tools. In 2020, Fanar had revenues of ~SEK175M. The company said impact on its EPS will be limited. Fanar will be reported in Seco, a division within the business area Sandvik Manufacturing and Machining Solutions.
