SDVKF - Sandvik has Completed the Acquisition of OSK

SANDVIKEN, Sweden, April 10, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Sandvik has completed the previously announced acquisition of OSK, a Chinese supplier of solid carbide round tools. OSK will be part of the Seco division in Sandvik Machining Solutions.  

In 2017 OSK had revenues of about 120 million SEK and 90 employees. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The deal is accretive to earnings per share from the start.
