EPOAY - Sandvik: Should Have Bought 3 Months Ago, But Not Now

One of my biggest weaknesses in investing is probably demanding, from premium companies, a too high discount. I'm usually very unwilling to pay a premium, even for a quality company, because of the danger of long-term underperformance. That means that for a company like Sandvik AB (publ) (SDVKY, SAND:ST), I'm unfortunately often missing out on an upside when and if the company becomes cheap. My latest article, found here , is a very good example of this, and unfortunately, at this time, I missed out on a 20% short-term return upside that I could have easily gotten if I were willing to pay the slight premium. The title of the article was even that Sandvik was closer to a " Buy "....
