BFS - Saul Centers: Attractive Despite DC Exposure (Upgrade)

Shares of Saul Centers ( BFS ) have been a poor performer over the past year, losing about 23% of their value. While much of the market has recovered its April losses, BFS has been unable to, instead reaching new lows. Interestingly, this underperformance has come even as it is on track to meet my own financial expectations. I last covered shares of Saul Centers in March, rating the stock a “ Hold ,” and since then, shares have dramatically underperformed, losing 12% while the market has added 15%. With the benefit of hindsight, a "S ell" rating was more appropriate. With updated financials and an ever-changing macro environment, now is a good time to revisit BFS....
