Save Foods ( NASDAQ: SVFD ) has acquired direct ownership of common shares in the capital of Plantify Foods ( PTFY:CA ) in the amount of ~30M shares at a purchase price of C$0.05 per share.
It was acquired in exchange for ~1.16M shares of Save Foods.
The acquisition was completed dated March 31, 2023.
As a result of the acquisition, Save Foods exercises ~20% discretion of the total shares of Plantify.
