October 7 th , 2025 – TheNewswire - MONTREAL, QUEBEC - Scandium Canada Ltd.(TSX-V: SCD) (the “ Company ”) ispleased to announce its participation in the Asia 2025 EconomicMission organized by the Ministère des Ressources naturelles et desForêts (MRNF) and Investissement Québec (IQ), focused on thedevelopment of critical and strategic minerals (CM). Launched onSeptember 29 in South Korea, this mission aims to strengtheninternational partnerships in the CM sector and promote Quebec'sleadership in the global energy transition. Beginning in Seoul, incollaboration with the Korea Mine Rehabilitation and Mineral ResourcesCorp. (KOMIR) and with the support of the Québec Delegation in Seoul,the mission moved to Tokyo, in collaboration with SumitomoCorporation, the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC), andSumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC), where representatives fromthe MRNF,  IQ and the delegate general of the Québec Delegation inTokyo highlighted Québec's considerable potential in terms ofcritical resources. Mission participants also took advantage ofindividual meetings during their stay.

Scandium Canada had the opportunity to present theCrater Lake project to Korean and Japanese investors and potentialstrategic partners, highlighting Québec's unique potential inthe field of scandium and its growing role in the clean technologyvalue chain.

The Crater Lake project, located approximately 230 kmnortheast of Schefferville in Nunavik, Quebec, is one of theworld's most significant primary sources of scandium. On April 3,2025, Scandium Canada released a new mineral resource estimateconfirming the exceptional potential of the Crater Lake deposit andthe quality of its scandium and rare earth mineralization. This updatereinforces the project's position among the world's mostpromising strategic assets in the field of critical minerals.

Following this publication and a positive preliminaryeconomic study, the Company plans to complete a pre-feasibility studyby June 2026, which will aim to optimize the technical and economicparameters of the project, in accordance with best environmental andsocial practices.
