SCHN - Schnitzer Steel names internal officer to now serve as CFO

Schnitzer Steel Industries ( NASDAQ: SCHN ) appointed Richard Peach, EVP, CFO, and Chief Strategy Officer, to serve as EVP & chief strategy officer, effective Sep.1, 2022.
Mr. Peach had served as Schnitzer’s CFO since 2007.
The company also appointed Stefano Gaggini, VP, Deputy CFO and Chief Accounting Officer, to serve as SVP & CFO, effective Sep.1, 2022; Mr. Gaggini has served in his current position since September 2018.
The board appointed Mark Schuessler, VP, Accounting and Reporting, to serve as VP and Chief Accounting Officer.
