SCHL - Scholastic chief technology officer exiting at year-end

Scholastic (SCHL) says in a filing that it and Chief Technology Officer Satbir Bedi reached a mutual agreement for Bedi's departure from the company to pursue personal interests. Bedi will resign on Dec. 31; until then, he'll continue in his current position leading Scholastic Technology Services and Operations, with a focus on transitioning his successor and current direct reports for a smooth transfer. He'll also advise on restructuring activities associated with the organizational transitions involved.
