• Science Applications International reported its Q3 earnings last week.
• Numbers were solid as usual, cash flow performance particularly strong.
• This resolutely un-salesy company handled their earnings call in what, for them, was a very bullish manner.
• The stock shows signs of pushing up above a level which has defeated it for many years.  If it succeeds, we think the stock can move up still further.
• We're at Neutral for now but we're watching the chart closely.
