- Scorpio Tankers ( NYSE: STNG ) declares $0.35/share quarterly dividend , 40% increase from prior dividend of $0.25.
- Forward yield 2.56%
- Payable Dec. 15; for shareholders of record Nov. 30; ex-div Nov. 29.
- The company also replenished its 2023 Securities Repurchase Program to purchase up to an aggregate of $250M of its securities which, in addition to its common shares also consist of its Senior Unsecured Notes Due 2025.
- This program resets the program that was previously replenished on May 31, 2023. There is $250M available under the 2023 Securities Repurchase Program as of November 9, 2023.
