SEE - Sealed Air prices $767.7M senior notes offering
- Sealed Air ( NYSE: SEE ) and Sealed Air Corporation (US) on Wednesday announced pricing of their offering of 6.125% senior notes due 2028.
- The notes will be guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by each of Sealed Air's existing and future wholly-owned domestic subsidiaries.
- Net proceeds are expected to be approximately $767.7M. The issuers intend to use the net proceeds from the offering to finance the Liqui-Box Acquisition and to repurchase any or all of its outstanding 4.500% senior notes due 2023.
- The offering is expected to close on January 31, 2023.
