LE - Sears Holdings May Finally Exit Bankruptcy After Judge Appoints Mediators

• Judge Drain appointed three mediators to help resolve the litigation against Eddie Lampert on April 6.
• Sears Holdings is still short over $62 million to be able to exit Ch.11 bankruptcy.
• Judge Drain is retiring at the end of June.
• I am expecting an all-inclusive settlement so Sears Holdings can finally exit bankruptcy after more than three years in Ch.11.
• I still rate all Sears Holdings securities a sell.
