Some of the highest implied volatility stocks based on options trading are Brainstorm Cell Therapeutics (BCLI), Nio (NIO) and Electrameccanica Vehicles (SOLO). FDA watch: It is the FDA priority review date for Bristol-Myers Squibb's (BMY) Transcend-NHL-001. The BsUFA date for Mylan's (MYL) Tecfidera also arrives.
