SEI Investments (NASDAQ:SEIC) on Monday said Ryan Hicke, EVP and chief information officer, will become the company's next CEO and a member of its board, effective Jun. 1. Hicke will succeed founder Alfred West, Jr., who is transitioning to the role of executive chairman. Hicke previously served as a SVP, leading SEI's U.K. Asset Management and Private Banking businesses and significantly contributing to the expansion of SEI's global footprint.
