Select Bancorp (SLCT) announces new plan to repurchase up to 875,000 shares of its common stock. Most recently, the company has completed the repurchase of all 937,248 shares announced in Sept. 2019 at an average price of $9.85 per share."We are pleased that the Company’s historical financial performance and well-capitalized status give us the potential to return value to our shareholders through this share repurchase plan," says president and CEO William L.
