SMLR - Semler Scientific to achieve record Q2 revenue reduces headcount appoints CFO

• Semler Scientific ( NASDAQ: SMLR ) to take additional responsibility of CFO, effective July 10, 2023. Ms. Cormier will continue as head of corporate communications and business strategy.
• The company expects to achieve record high revenues for Q2 driven by continued sales of QuantaFlo to existing and new customers to test for peripheral arterial disease.
• The company plans to streamline operations and reduce employee headcount by ~30% by September 15, 2023, whereby the company will incur severance costs in the range of $0.7 million to $0.9 million. The streamlining operations will reduce quarterly operating expenses by ~$1.5M to $2M, which are expected to be realized during 4Q23.
