SENEB - Seneca Foods appoints Michael Wolcott as chief financial officer

Seneca Foods ( NASDAQ: SENEB ) said it would appoint its Vice President of Finance, Michael Wolcott, to Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance, effective April 1.
Wolcott will succeed CFO Tim Benjamin, who announced his retirement.
Wolcott rejoined the Company in July 2022 after receiving a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
Wolcott held various positions within Seneca in both finance and operations during his six-year tenure, the company said .
