ST - Sensata Technologies subsidiary announces private offering of $500M senior notes

• Sensata Technologies B.V., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Sensata Technologies ( NYSE: ST ), plans to offer $500M of senior notes in a private offering .
• The notes will be guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by each of the Sensata Technologies B.V.'s wholly-owned subsidiaries that is a borrower or a guarantor under Sensata's senior credit facilities and an issuer or a guarantor under Sensata's outstanding series of existing notes.
• Net proceeds from the offering will be used for the redemption of 4.875% senior notes due 2023.
