SEOVF - Sernova appoints Philip Toleikis as CTO; to look for new CEO

Sernova ( OTCQB:SEOVF ) said on Tuesday it had appointed Philip Toleikis, President and Chief Executive Officer as the company's Chief Technology Officer.
Toleikis will remain in the CEO role during the search period for a new person.
Toleikis joined Sernova in 2009 and has helped the company with interim results in its ongoing Phase 1/2 type 1 diabetes (T1D) clinical trial, expanded the capabilities of its CPS platform via technology acquisitions.
