(TSXV:SVA ) ; ( OTC:SEOVF ) ; ( FSE/XETRA:PSH), a clinical-stagecompany and leader in regenerative medicine celltherapeutics , is pleasedto announce that its common shares have been approved for listing onthe Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") and will commencetrading on the TSX at the opening of market on June 2, 2022 .Concurrent with the TSX listing, the common shares of the Company willbe delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange.
Shareholders are not required to exchange their sharecertificates or take any other action in connection with the TSXlisting, as there will be no change in the trading symbol or CUSIP forthe common shares. The Company will continue totrade its common shares on the OTCQB market in the UnitedStates under the symbol "SEOVF", andthe Frankfurt exchange under the symbol "PSH".
