SFLMaven (OTCPK:SFLM) said Tuesday it will begin the process for uplisting to a national stock exchange like Nasdaq and for acquisitions. SFLM plans to form a new board, an audit committee and an acquisition committee. The firm may begin auditing process and file a Form 10 with the SEC or may file an S1 for an IPO type offering on Nasdaq. SFLM will continue to raise capital through its Reg A+.
