PAQC - Shareholders allow Perfect Corp and Provident Acquisition to close deal
- Perfect Corp and Provident Acquisition Corp ( NASDAQ: PAQC ) on Tuesday said that previously announced merger agreement was approved at an extraordinary general meeting of Provident’s shareholders on October 25, 2022.
- Deal is now expected to close on October 28, 2022.
- Upon deal close, "Perfect Corp" would be the listed entity resulting from business combination.
- Shares and warrants of the new entity are expected to begin trading on NYSE under symbols “PERF” and “PERF WS,” respectively, on October 31, 2022.
