OBNK - Shareholders approve proposed merger between Origin Bancorp BT Holdings
- The proposed merger between bank holding company Origin Bancorp ( NASDAQ: OBNK ) and BT Holdings has received approval of both the companies' shareholders.
- Additionally, all required regulatory approvals are also received for the consummation of the merger.
- BTH President and CEO Lori Sirman and Executive Vice President Jay Dyer will serve as directors of Origin and its unit Origin Bank.
- The merger is now expected to close in Q3, subject to customary closing conditions.
