SHLS - Shoals Technologies launches 24.5M-share secondary offering

Shoals Technologies ( NASDAQ: SHLS ) -8.1% post-market Tuesday after saying it commenced a secondary public offering of slightly more than 24.5M common shares held by Solon Holdco I, with an underwriters option to purchase up to an additional ~3.675M common shares.

Shoals ( SHLS ) will not sell any shares and will not receive any proceeds from the secondary offering.

Shoals Technologies ( SHLS ) recently reported Q4 adjusted earnings of $0.15/share on revenues of nearly $95M .
