SHLS - Shoals Technologies taps Tolnar as interim CEO

Shoals Technologies ( NASDAQ: SHLS ) said Monday it appointed current President Jeffery Tolnar as interim CEO following the departure of current CEO Jason Whitaker, who stepped down at the end of November due to health problems.

Before joining Shoals ( SHLS ), Tolnar was most recently Chief Commercial Officer for Shell Greenlots, where he was responsible for electric mobility solutions, and was President of Global Software Solutions for Honeywell's Homes, Buildings and Utilities businesses.

Whitaker has been Shoals' ( SHLS ) CEO since January 2020, and was President during 2017-22 and Chief Technology Officer since 2009.

Shoals Technologies' ( SHLS ) eMobility and storage "provide exciting opportunities and are expanding the EBOS pie," Noah Riley writes in an analysis posted on Seeking Alpha .
