SIBN - SI-Bone to appoint CFO Laura Francis as CEO

SI-BONE ([[SIBN]] +2.1%) has announced its intention to appoint Laura Francis as Chief Executive Officer and to the board of directors, who currently serves as SI-BONE’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.As CEO, Laura Francis will succeed Jeff Dunn, who will remain with the Company as Executive Chairman.The Company will begin a search for a new CFO immediately and senior leadership changes will occur upon the earlier of the CFO replacement or May 1, 2021.The company sees Q4 sales in the range of $21.9M - $22.2M, reflecting Y/Y growth of 11%-12%. U.S. revenue is expected to be ~$20.5M - $20.7M, with International revenue of ~$1.4M - $1.5M. Fiscal year sales is expected $73.1M - $73.4M, +9%.Cash and marketable securities are expected to be around $196M.
