SGGTF - Signature Resources closes C$1.42M flow through deal

Signature Resources ([[SGGTF]] -0.4%) closed on a non-brokered charity flow through private placement for 9.09M shares at C$0.156 per share for gross proceeds of ~C$1.42M.Proceeds will be used for flow through exploration at Lingman Lake Gold Project in Ontario where ~2,500 metres of drilling has commenced.The deal is backstopped by Denver-based hedge fund, Crescat Capital wherein it will retain a right to participate in any future financing on a pro-rata basis of their ownership in Signature.
