SILEF - Silver Elephant launches C$6M bought-deal public offering

Silver Elephant Mining (SILEF) entered into an agreement with  Mackie Research Capital as lead underwriter and sole bookrunner, on behalf of a syndicate of underwriters, including Canaccord Genuity and Sprott Capital Partners.Underwriters have agreed to purchase, on a bought?deal basis, 15M common shares at C$0.40/share; gross proceeds of C$6M.Underwriters granted a 30-day option to increase the offer size by up to an additional number of shares that in aggregate would be equal to 15% of the total number of shares.Proceeds will be used for the exploration, development and/or improvement of the company's mine properties and for working capital purposes.Offer scheduled to close on or about Nov.13, 2020.
