SILEF - Silver Elephant Mining prices upsized equity offering of C$8M

Silver Elephant Mining ([[SILEF]] -2.8%) entered into an amended agreement with Mackie Research Capital as lead underwriter and sole bookrunner on behalf of a syndicate of underwriters, including Canaccord Genuity and Sprott Capital Partners.SILEF has increased the size of the previously announced bought deal short-form prospectus offering, the underwriters to purchase, on a bought-deal basis, 20M common Shares at C$0.40/share; gross proceeds of C$8M.Underwriters' over-allotment is an additional 15% of the total number of shares.Proceeds will be used for the exploration, development and/or improvement of the company's mine properties and for working capital purposes.The offering is expected to close on or about November 12.Recently, Silver Elephant launches C$6M bought-deal public offering.
