- Simply Good Foods ( NASDAQ: SMPL ) on Thursday named Shaun Mara as CFO , effective immediately.
- Mara previously served as CFO at Atkins Nutritionals, which merged with Conyers Park Acquisition to create Simply Good Foods ( SMPL ), from 2014 to 2017.
- Mara succeeds current CFO Todd Cunfer, who resigned to pursue another executive leadership role.
- Cunfer will remain with Simply Good Foods ( SMPL ) and assist with the transition of his duties for a brief period.
