SINO - Sino-Global buys 2783 digital currency operation servers for RMB30M

On accepting Bitcoin as a form of payment for its global shipping, freight, and logistics services, Sino-Global Shipping America ([[SINO]] +7.0%) purchases 2,783 digital currency operation servers for RMB30M from Hebei Yanghuai Technology, reaching a total of 50,440 t/s in computing power. The first cash payment of RMB6M will be paid within 15 days after the date of signing the Agreement and the second cash payment of RMB6M within 15 days after the date of acceptance of the Products, followed by the remaining payment of RMB18M quarterly within 10 days following the filing of Form 10-K or Form 10-Q.
