Vancouver, BritishColumbia, – TheNewswire– March 10 th , 2023 - SiQ Mountain Industries Inc.( NEX:SIQ.H ) (the “ Company ” or “ SiQ ”) is pleased toannounce the detailed voting results from the Annual General Meetingheld on March 9, 2023 (the “ Meeting ”).

A total of 5,141,400 common shares of the 25,133,433common shares outstanding at the record date were voted at theMeeting, representing 20.46% of the issued and outstanding commonshares of the Company at the record date.

Election of Directors

Each of the following nominees set forth in theCompany’s management information circular dated April 20, 2022, waselected as a director of the Company to hold office until the nextannual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are electedor appointed:

At the Meeting the shareholders also approved thereappointment of DeVisser Gray LLP, Chartered Professional Accountantsas the auditors of the Company, and authorized the Company’s boardof directors to fix the auditors remuneration.  The shareholders alsoratified and approved the Company’s 10% rolling Stock OptionPlan.

At a meeting of the Board of Directors held followingthe Meeting, James R. Bond was appointed President and Chief ExecutiveOfficer and Richard Lee was appointed Chief Financial Officer andCorporate Secretary.

The Company has also changed the name of its whollyowned subsidiary to SiQ Mountain Studios Inc.
