Sirius XM Holdings (SIRI +0.5%) is teaming up with Discovery (DISCA -0.4%) on a marketing partnership that will get Discovery+ subscriptions to Sirius customers. Eligible new and existing subs to Sirius XM's Platinum VIP plan - its newest and fullest tier - can activate a complimentary 12-month subscription to Discovery+ starting tomorrow. Sirius XM will also offer three-month subs to Discovery+ to eligible new and upgrading subscribers to its Platinum, Music and Entertainment and Streaming Platinum packages. Discovery+ is generally available starting at $4.99/month, with an ad-free version available for $6.99/month.
