  • Loeb expects that a special committee consisting of independent members of the SiriusPoint ( SPNT ) board would be formed to oversee the exploration of an acquisition by Loeb, according to a 13D/A filing . Loeb owns 15.2 million SPNT shares, or a 9.3% stake.
