PSX - Six injured in fire at Phillips 66's Borger refinery in Texas
Phillips 66 ( NYSE: PSX ) said it has extinguished a fire Tuesday at its Borger refinery complex in west Texas, and six people have been taken to area hospitals with injuries ; the cause of the incident is under investigation.
The 149K bbl/day refinery, which processes mostly medium sour crude oil and natural gas liquids delivered through pipelines from west Texas, the Texas panhandle and Canada, is owned by WRB Refining, a 50/50 partnership between operator Phillips 66 ( PSX ) and Cenovus Energy ( CVE ).
Phillips 66 ( PSX ) offers a high yield, strong and rising free cash flow used to support high dividend growth and a balance sheet that supports aggressive buybacks, Leo Nelissen writes in an analysis published recently on Seeking Alpha .
