In hisprevious role at AT&T, Clark served as the Assistant VicePresident for FirstNet, which is a nationwide wireless communicationsnetwork designed specifically for first responders and the publicsafety community. His responsibilities included overseeing the StateOutreach and Consultation organization to ensure cellular connectivityfor first responders across all 56 U.S. states and territories.
Clark also served as theNational Director of AT&T's Advanced Application Solutions,where he successfully increased sales of strategic Internet of Things(IoT) and mobile dispatching solutions. He led high-performing teamsthat achieved consistent revenue growth in areas such as MobileUnified Communication, fleet management, forms automation, andAT&T's Enhanced Push to Talk portfolio.

This update follows the July announcement ofthe company’s largestSD7 purchase order of approximately $1.4 million. The SD7handsets are approved for use by all major U.S. wireless carriers, andnew orders continue to increase due to the demand for Push-to-TalkOver Cellular Handsets. Siyata announced its aggregate revenue at thetime was approximately $6 million.
The recent purchase order is an add-on to thestring of deals Siyata Mobile has been securing throughout the year.On June 1st, 2023, for example, the company received an order for $1.2 million for its UV350 In-Vehicle Devices and‘Siyata Real Time View’ service. Four days later, on June 5th,2023, Siyata received orders for $400,000 in aggregate revenue for its SD7 Handsets and VK7Vehicle Kits.
