SYTA - Siyata Mobile plans to appeal Nasdaq delisting notice

- Siyata Mobile ( NASDAQ: SYTA ) said on Monday that it had received a staff delisting determination from Nasdaq on June 30, notifying SYTA that Nasdaq had determined to delist the company's shares.
- Nasdaq notified SYTA that it had failed to maintain a minimum bid price of $0.10/share for a period of 10 consecutive days beginning on June 15, 2023.
- The company has also been notified that closing price of its common shares was below $1.00 for a period of thirty consecutive days.
- SYTA plans to appeal the staff determination by requesting a hearing, which will stay the delisting pending the Panel's decision.
- Company plans to implement a reverse stock split to regain Nasdaq compliance.
