SHGFF - Skylight Health closes APEX Medical acquisition

Skylight Health ([[SHGFF]] +9.7%) closed the acquisition of Denver, Colorado based APEX Family Medical announced on Nov. 5, 2020 bringing existing relationships with payors and insurable services that will bolster insurable services for current patients.All the APEX assets were acquired for a total transaction value in cash of $2.3M to be paid in installments over a 6-month transition period.Currently, SHG operates 4 physical clinics and a telemedicine platform in Colorado providing care to over 17K patients.In FY19, APEX generated $2.5M+ in revenues and $0.5M in net income, servicing 5K+ patients annually.After recently acquiring Texas, Washington and Tennessee clinics, this acquisition marks the fourth completed transaction of the five deals announced in 2020.
