SLHG - Skylight Health Group announces C$2M private placement
- Skylight Health Group ( NASDAQ: SLHG ) commences a non-brokered private placement offering of convertible debenture units at C$1,000 per debenture unit for total gross proceeds of up to C$2M.
- Each debenture shall be in the principal amount of C$1,000 and shall bear interest at the rate of 8% per annum, paid quarterly in shares, and shall have a maturity date of February 15, 2025.
- Each debenture shall be convertible into 1,111 shares at C$0.90.
- Proceeds received will be used for general working capital purposes.
