• Production for the first quarter 2023 was 13.2 MMBoe, or 146.4 MBoe/d, at 43% oil.
• First quarter capital expenditures of $240.7 million, adjusted for an increase in capital accruals of $66.9 million, totaled $307.6 million.
• Guidance metrics for full year 2023 are unchanged from that provided in Q4 2022 .
• Sees Q2 2023 capital expenditures (net of the change in capital accruals), excluding acquisitions, of $295-$315 million.
