Smart Power ( NASDAQ: CREG ) received Nasdaq notice as it failed to timely file its annual report for the year ended December 31, 2022.
The company is required to submit its plan to regain compliance no later than June 20, 2023.
If the plan is accepted by Nasdaq, CREG can be granted up to 180 calendar days from the Form 10-K’s due date, or until October 16, 2023, to regain compliance.
