EM - Smart Share Global gets Nasdaq non-compliance notice

Smart Share Global ( NASDAQ: EM ) received a letter from Nasdaq for not being in compliance with $1 minimum bid price rule for continued listing on the exchange.
The company has 180 calendar days, or until Dec. 19, 2023, to regain compliance.
Smart Share noted that the Nasdaq letter does not affect its business operations, and it will take measures to regain compliance within the grace period.
