LITM - Snow Lake Resources CFO Mario Miranda resigns
Snow Lake Resources Ltd.
Mario Miranda, CFO of Snow Lake Resources ( NASDAQ: LITM ), has resigned from the role to pursue other opportunities.
Miranda provided his notice of resignation in April 2022 and agreed to remain at the company in order to facilitate the transition plan.
He will succeeded by Keith Li, who joins Snow Lake Lithium with over 15 years of experience in accounting, audit and executive level financial management. Li previously served as CFO at Branson Corporate Services.
