TLMD - SOC Telemed readies stock offering

SOC Telemed (TLMD) has commenced a public offering of 8M Class A common shares.Underwriters' over-allotment is an additional 1.2M shares.Price and other terms are not yet determined.Net proceeds will be used to repay outstanding indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.Shares down 10% after-hours. Credit Suisse, William Blair and Guggenheim Securities are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
