SOC Telemed (TLMD) has priced its public offering of 8M shares of Class A Common Stock at $6.00/share, for expected gross proceeds of ~$48M.Underwriters' over-allotment is an additional 1.2M shares. Net proceeds will be used to repay outstanding indebtedness, for working capital and general corporate purposes.Closing date is June 1.
