SOPA - Society Pass to acquire Vietnam International Travel and Service JSC

NusaTrip, a unit of Society Pass ( NASDAQ: SOPA ), said on Thursday that it had acquired Vietnam International Travel and Service JSC.
SOPA shares were down -3.7% .
The company expects the acquisition to add ~$2M in GMV to its revenue base.
"Our business plan calls for acquisitions of other IATA-licensed travel agencies throughout Asia Pacific in 2023," said chief executive Patrick Soetanto in a statement .
