Social Finance (SOFI), SoFi for short, is underwriting a special purpose acquisition company ("SPAC") initial public offering ahead of its own public debut when it merges with a Chamath Palihapitaya SPAC.SoFi is named as joint book-running manager, along with Citigroup, on LTV Capital Partners I's IPO prospectus.LTV Capital is sponsored by former StubHub president Sukhinder Singh Cassidy, who serves as the SPAC's CEO, and Jeffrey Housenbold, a managing partner at SoftBank Investment Adviser who's the new SPAC's chairman.The prospectus contemplates raising $215M through the sale of units to be priced at $10 each.While LTV Capital Partners I hasn't limited its search for an acquisition target to any particular industry, the company plans to complete a business combination with a company "that is a leader in its market within the technology sector, or is significantly technology-enabled."The SPAC plans to apply for a Nasdaq listing under "LTVAU" for its units, "LTVA" for
