SOBKY - SoftBank finalizes numbers for secondary offering of mobile unit shares

SoftBank Group ([[SFTBF]],[[SFTBY]]) finalizes the numbers around its secondary offering of SoftBank Corp (SOBKY) shares , revealing SBG disposed of 1.03B shares that were obtained through the exercise of a green shoe option.After the offering, SoftBank Group still held 1.9B shares of the mobile subsidiary.SoftBank Group expects to receive about $11.5B in proceeds from the sale. Any after-tax gains will be recorded as capital surplus.SBG is working to stabilize its financials after the pandemic impact and write-downs for investments in Uber and WeWork.SoftBank Group first disclosed plans to offload 1.03B SoftBank Corp. shares last month.
